Paula has 20 years of cross-functional experience with Technology, Patents and Business. Her focus is on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Innovation areas. Paula has expertise in Strategy, Policy, Ethics, Responsibility, Risk and much more. She also focuses on Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Medical and Electrical technologies. She has executed complex projects in areas of risk analysis, due diligence, strategic initiatives, partnership development and portfolio management. Previously, she developed innovation, patent & commercialization portfolios for venture backed companies, large organizations, entrepreneurs and investors. She has worked at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, a large Intellectual Property Law Firm in Chicago, Illinois. Further, she worked at Shay Glenn LLP, a boutique Intellectual Property Law Firm in Silicon Valley, California. She has experience with firmware and software applications at a Storage Semiconductor Company. Her research experience includes supervising and conducting cutting edge research in areas of telecommunications, signal processing, medical device and health.

Paula is an invited speaker and panelist in various AI, Innovation and other interesting venues. Jayson has expertise in Clinical Research, Orthopedics, Product Development and Design. He has 18 years of experience providing clinical research support for both pre-and post-market projects. His interests focus on biomechanical modeling & simulation. He is experienced in providing high-quality clinical and translational research services to solve current needs.

Jayson's clinical research projects include orthopedics related to knees, hips, spine, and shoulders. He has extensive experience with study design, protocol development, budget creation, coordination with institutional review boards, patient enrollment, data collection, and data analysis. Further, he is experienced in grant writing and manuscript preparation.
